Happy Pi Day!
March 13, 2009Hooray it’s 3/14, Pi Day! But not for fundamentalist Christians. According to the bible Pi is 3.
“ten cubits from the one brim to the other: it was round all about, . . . and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about” (I Kings 7:23).
And as we all know every single thing in the bible is factual. Why isn’t the Discovery Institute all over this? I mean not only are science classes teaching evolution, which doesn’t follow exactly the stories of the bible, but math classes are teaching that Pi doesn’t equal exactly 3. Blasphemy!
